Summer Vacation is FINALLY here! You all have done a FANTASTIC job during the school year. Now is your time to rest, relax, spend time with your family, and perhaps go on a vacation! On May 15th, "Jeopardy's" Jimmy McGuire visited our school for an assembly and told us all about the places he's been while doing the job he does for the television show Jeopardy! We all had a FANTASTIC time meeting Jimmy and were so happy he could come out and visit with us! Thanks Jimmy!  My class has been practicing writing "Personal" essays about something that is important to them. And this time, we're working on typing up final drafts on the computer. Some of them are posted on my teacher website. Just click on "Student Essays" in the left menu or click on the pencil in this box! |
 During the week before Spring Break and Easter, my students wrote essays on what they would do to help the Easter Bunny if he suddenly became too sick to do his job on Easter. Once their stories were finished, they made "Easter Bunny" masks, just in case they're needed! Check out their work by clicking on the picture or choose "Room 205 Scrapbook" in the left side menu. |
